Surf Lessons in Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria

Learn to surf with an experienced surf school in Playa del Inglés that has been teaching visitors for more than 15 years.

The lessons are suitable for complete beginners, and no previous surfing experience is required.

Before entering the water, the instructors will explain the basic surfing techniques and safety rules. You will then practise on the sand, complete a short warm-up and learn how to position yourself on the board before heading into the water.

Groups are kept small, with a maximum of approximately 6 participants per instructor, allowing the team to provide more individual guidance during the lesson.

Where Does the Surf Lesson Take Place?

The surf lesson usually takes place at Playa del Inglés or Maspalomas Beach, depending on the sea and surfing conditions on the day.

If conditions are not suitable at these beaches, the surf school may take the group to another appropriate surf spot in Gran Canaria.
